Delta Airlines
Flight delayed by over 2 hours, was going to miss my connection, a cheerful Delta representative checked other airlines for direct flights first, when there were none available, re-booked me in first class getting in only an hour later than original itinerary on a Delta connecting flight. All this on frequent flyer tickets. Thanks Delta, thumbs up for customer service.
